My objectives are the following:

1. To get your property sold within 30 days.

2. To sell your property for full price or more.

How I Work:

1. Pirce your property competitively.

2. Commit my Team and myself to contact as many as 400 Buyers and Sellers a day, by door knocking or by phone canvassing. We contact more buyers and sellers in one day than most agents contact in a month. What this means to you, is more exposure. The more exposure, the more money to you in less time.

3. Submit your property to the Multiple Listing Service.

4. Insist on a sign and lock box at your property.

5. Commit to showing your property first.

6. Fax your listing to the top agents in your area.

7. Present all offers over the phone, or by fax.

8. Handle it through Escrow, once I sell your property.
